Before you apply
Do I need care experience to apply?
No. Some of our strongest partners come from management or business backgrounds and recruit an experienced registered manager. What matters is that you share our standards and will not cut corners on care.
How is the territory decided?
We agree a set of towns or postcodes that does not overlap with an existing SYPM Care branch. It is written into your agreement before you launch.
What support do I get with registration?
We help you prepare the policies, records and evidence the regulator expects, and we review your paperwork before you submit it.
How long until I can start caring?
It depends on your regulator and your local recruitment. We plan the route with you on the discovery call rather than promising a date up front.
